Will COVID-19 (Coronavirus) affect my delivery?

We are aware that there are concerns that businesses may be affected by Coronavirus (COVID-19). Boutique SecondLife and our delivery partners are continuing to operate and your orders will be processed and despatched as usual.

Public Health England (PHE) has advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the coronavirus, anyway in order to help prevent the spread of any infection we are working in line with preventative guidance from Public Health England. 

However, some customers can expect delays to normal local carriers services, on a country by country basis. Check each country for specific Coronavirus updates here.

We are continuing to follow and monitor official guidance from the UK Government and Public Health England carefully. It is of vital importance for us to be in a position to ensure that any and all procedures are in place to support the health and wellbeing of our customers and staff members.
